The word "reiki" comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning "universal", and ki, "lifeforce energy".

Reiki is a non-invasive technique that uses gentle touch on the major energy centers (chakras) of the body. Channeled through my hands and heart, we will move stagnant energy and release blockages for emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
